PCRTA SECRETARY'S REPORT
The fourth and final membership
meeting for 2009 was held November 10th at St John's Lutheran Church, Ingomar. Paul Ellison and Jack White greeted
48 members and quests. President Russell led the Pledge of Allegience and gave the invocation.Suzanne Carter received
a floral arrangement from Burnett's Florist as a door prize. The tables were decorated with scarecrows and fall wreaths.
All in attendance received one. PCRTA gave a $30.00 donation to the church ladies.
Judith Looker is collecting volunteer
hours to tabulate a total from PCRTA members for 2009. Three first time retired attendees were present: Joanne
Hoffman montgomery County, Mike Fahrenholtz TVS, and Melanie Roberts NT.
The Officer reports
were accepted as presented in October newletter. The slate of officers and Executive members for 2010-2011 were installed.
The program was George Kalbouss from Ohio Humanities council. He is a retired Russian
literature Professor from Ohio State University. he grew up in New Yourk City. He sang and played familar songs
at the piano. Some songs were orginal versions with historical references. The meeting adjourned at 2:15 p.m.

Our members recorded 3032 hours of volunteer service in 2009. Melaine
Roberts topped the list with 600 hours. This is down from last year so if you aren't reporting your volunteer hours
